Return & Exchange Policy
At Stitching Something Up, every item is custom-made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our pieces, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said, your happiness means the world to us, and we know things can happen. We will gladly make it right in the following situations:
- Incorrect personalization (misspelling, wrong number, or detail that does not match your order form).
- Defective or damaged items upon arrival.
- Wrong item received (different color, size, or style than ordered).
If you believe your order falls into one of these categories, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Items returned without prior approval.
Since each piece is handmade, there may be slight variations in placement, stitching, color or fabric. These variations are part of what makes every item unique and are not considered defects.
